This particular phrase (verbatim) looks like a modified version of the
scripture in 1 John 4:19.  I could be wrong, but the scripture with
this precise wording does not appear in any English language version
of the Bible that I am aware of.

I'd say this is from some version of the Bible that is a paraphrase,
not a literal translation. The "truly" is an addition that is not
present in the original Greek.

According to my comprehensive CONCORDANCE, the word that translates AS
" Truly" occurs in the Bible 100 times, from Genesis 18;13 through to
The Third of John verse 1.."The older man to Ga'ius, the beloved, whom
I truly love".
The scripture of First John 4;19 in the New World translation reads "
As for us, we love, because he first loved us". This can relate right
back to Genesis 1;26.." And God went on to say, Let us make man in our
image, according to our likeness...We cannot look exactly like God,
but we can have His attributes. First John 4;16 says "God is love, and
he that remains in love, remains in union with God and God remains in
union with Him". And apologies to Pink.
