Can?t turn on file sharing in OS 9

I suddenly, when activating file sharing on OS 9, I get this error 

"The application file sharing because "databrowserlib" could not be found"

OMG, someone using OS9... I bet no one in google knows about it.
Anyway why are you sharing files with an industrial OS?
