It is a small publisher. They publish safety and prevention books.

Their site is not listed, however, in California, but in Ohio.

My idea?
Since the "real" Innovative Publishing, from Ohio, is listed in their
Better Business Bureau "reliability" programme (giving a seal of
reliability to sites), I guess it would be safe to contact the Ohio
firm and ask them about this California P.O. Box. If it's them, you
can make an extra-move, only to be safe, and also ask the BBB
themselves what they think; if not, you did a good deed, by informing
the Ohio guys on somebody that might be attempting to scam people
using their name.
