Given the following hypothesis:
H0:   100
H1:   100
A random sample of six resulted in the following values: 118, 105,
112, 119, 105, and 111.
Using the .05 significance level, can we conclude the mean is different from 100?
a. State the decision rule.
b. Compute the value of the test statistic.
c. What is your decision regarding the null hypothesis?
d. Estimate the p-value.

H0: u = 100
H1: u =/ 100

Can't really figure out how else to write it.  The u is not really a
u, but a symbol that looks like one.  The H1 = should have a slash
through it.

The null hypothesis = 100 and the alternate hypothesis =/ 100

Your "greater than"s and "Less than"s didn't come out as you expected.
Suggest you write it in <= and >=  format rather  then an extended
ascii or unitext symbol.
