I doubt if it is available anymore. According to
http://www.winsite.com/bin/Info?500000017468 , its a 1996 game and the
company is unknown. If you could provide the name of the company, then
maybe we could try and track it down and find out if the game is
available.

Just for the record, its not available on kazaa, or a few warez sites
which I tried.

Thanks, yes I am aware of LVC software and the porno site and I would
like to purchase a legal or second copy of the expert version. I once
found it for sale by mail or download thru www.fv.com with a visa but
the fv.com was out of business so I was reluctant to send money for
disc download. I now can't even find that. Still
interested....Sibroker-ga

This ZDNEt site has two Blackjack Advisor games...not what you asked
for, but could be fun nonetheless!

Another,
http://www.beejack.com/

Any search results pointing to Blackjack Professor software leads to
broken links. It APPEARS that this particular software is out of
circulation, or has changed names or manufacturer.Perhaps one of the
leads in the comments IS what you are looking for after all.(Hope so)
