I need to find out everything possible about making complaints against
FirePay which is a division of SureFire commerce and optimal payments.
I need some serious research done. I have already done some on my own
and I found things but I need more definite answers. I want to know
how I can sue them for holding my money. I need very exact
information. I stress this because I don't want to get what I already
have again. I know they may have a location in British Columbia. I
need to find out how to go all the way to the top. I need phone
numbers that work. All the phone numbers I have tried only tell me
that FirePay only deals via their emails. I need to know who is really
in charge over there. I want and need top level phone numbers. Please
I'm so upset with them, I have sent them hundreds of emails and they
just ignore me. They won't let me get access to my money. They asked
me to send in my license and bank statement and I did. I have the
receipts to prove it. And now they claim that my money was sent back
to the merchant. But they say they have no record of this. Please I
need someone who is really good and dedicated. I will pay this to
start and we can take it from there. |

FirePay is well hid.
However, they seem to belong to a Quebec company called
OptimalPayments. You can read an OpticalPayments document here:
http://www.support.optimalpayments.com/FILES/merchant_batch_process.pdf
page 2 of the document note:
"FirePay and FireCash are registered trademarks of Optimal Payments
Inc. All other names, trademarks and registered trademarks are the
property of their respective owners..."
The same page also lists numerous phone numbers, addresses, fax and
emails for contact information. Some of the phone numbers have the
same area code and exchange as the numbers you mentioned already, but
a different set of last four digits.
Let me know if that helps out at all...and good luck.

FirePay did follow through with sending the money back to the merchant
UK lottolondon.
Now they say that they are investigating me. I never did anything
wrong and I have sent them all required info. I have also purchased
tickets from their website again, as proof that it is me. I have not
heard anything and time is just dragging on They keep saying that they
are investigating. Yet I have been playing with them for weeks with no
problem ever. I don't even play alot, because I'm not a big gambler.
They had me send my drivers license, the front and back of my credit
card, my cable and telephone bills, my bank statements, confirmation
i.ds from all transactions I made with firepay. Still nothing!!!

Follow-up
Guess what? Firepay did send back the money...1+1/2 weekss ago ...But now
lottolondon.co.uk refuses to pay me my winnings. Claiming that they
are looking out for firepay.
I have sent in my drivers license, back and front of the credit card I
used to purchase the tickets,
bank account statements for the account connected to the credit card I use
and for the bank I had deposited some of the winnings for firepay, my
cable bills, my telephone bill.
I even sent in the receipts from the firepay deposits (all of them).
Even purchased tickets on Feb.26th further proving it is me. They keep
requesting the same things over and over. Saying that the things were
lost.
They are just refusing to answer me now. I'm planning on getting a
lawyer. They are operating out of Belize.

I'm glad to hear that FirePay came through, at least, and I hope the
information I provided was helpful to you in that regard.
Should I post that information as an answer, and close out this
question? Let me know.
And if you need any help with lottolondon, I would suggest posting a
new question at Google Answers, and hopefully, one of the researchers
would be able to offer some assistance.
