I need to find out everything possible about making complaints against
FirePay which is a division of SureFire commerce and optimal payments.
I need some serious research done. I have already done some on my own
and I found things but I need more definite answers. I want to know
how I can sue them for holding my money. I need very exact
information. I stress this because I don't want to get what I already
have again. I know they may have a location in British Columbia. I
need to find out how to go all the way to the top. I need phone
numbers that work. All the phone numbers I have tried only tell me
that FirePay only deals via their emails. I need to know who is really
in charge over there. I want and need top level phone numbers. Please
I'm so upset with them, I have sent them hundreds of emails and they
just ignore me. They won't let me get access to my money. They asked
me to send in my license and bank statement and I did. I have the
receipts to prove it. And now they claim that my money was sent back
to the merchant. But they say they have no record of this. Please I
need someone who is really good and dedicated. I will pay this to
start and we can take it from there.

FirePay is well hid.

However, they seem to belong to a Quebec company called
OptimalPayments. You can read an OpticalPayments document here:

http://www.support.optimalpayments.com/FILES/merchant_batch_process.pdf

page 2 of the document note:

"FirePay and FireCash are registered trademarks of Optimal Payments
Inc. All other names, trademarks and registered trademarks are the
property of their respective owners..."

The same page also lists numerous phone numbers, addresses, fax and
emails for contact information. Some of the phone numbers have the
same area code and exchange as the numbers you mentioned already, but
a different set of last four digits.

Let me know if that helps out at all...and good luck.

FirePay did follow through with sending the money back to the merchant
UK lottolondon.
Now they say that they are investigating me. I never did anything
wrong and I have sent them all required info. I have also purchased
tickets from their website again, as proof that it is me. I have not
heard anything and time is just dragging on They keep saying that they
are investigating. Yet I have been playing with them for weeks with no
problem ever. I don't even play alot, because I'm not a big gambler.
They had me send my drivers license, the front and back of my credit
card, my cable and telephone bills, my bank statements, confirmation
i.ds from all transactions I made with firepay. Still nothing!!!

Follow-up

Guess what? Firepay did send back the money...1+1/2 weekss ago ...But now
lottolondon.co.uk refuses to pay me my winnings. Claiming that they
are looking out for firepay.
I have sent in my drivers license, back and front of the credit card I
used to purchase the tickets,
bank account statements for the account connected to the credit card I use
and for the bank I had deposited some of the winnings for firepay, my
cable bills, my telephone bill.
I even sent in the receipts from the firepay deposits (all of them).
Even purchased tickets on Feb.26th further proving it is me. They keep
requesting the same things over and over. Saying that the things were
lost.
They are just refusing to answer me now. I'm planning on getting a
lawyer. They are operating out of Belize.

I'm glad to hear that FirePay came through, at least, and I hope the
information I provided was helpful to you in that regard.

Should I post that information as an answer, and close out this
question? Let me know.

And if you need any help with lottolondon, I would suggest posting a
new question at Google Answers, and hopefully, one of the researchers
would be able to offer some assistance.

If you want a Researcher to find something other than what you've
already found, you'll need to describe, in as much detail as possible,
precisely what information you have gathered. Our mind-reading
abilities are limited, and it's impossible for us to guarantee that we
will be giving you info that is new to you unless we have a clear idea
of what you already know. You say that you have already tried many
phone numbers. If you list those numbers, that will keep a Researcher
from going down a dead end.

Does the merchant have a record of it? Have you contacted that merchant?

Okay, well said Pink. I have only done very basic resarch. Let me tell
you how. I typed the names firepay, surefire, and surefire commerce
into a few different search engines. And I have some general
information. Basically, I have nothing. So maybe I should not have
went on about needing new stuff only. The phone numbers I have are ?
Call toll-free 1-877-FIREPAY (347-3729)?(866)525-4694 ?(514)380-2777
(514)380-2751 (877)347-3729

The merchant says that they have not found any deposit for me. And
asked for proof from a FirePay statement. Which I don't have, I cannot
access their site and they won't give me any proof.

With that said Please help if you can. I'v seen some of your work and
I think you are Excellent.
Please someone let me know!

I'm afraid I haven't found anything useful for you, but here's someone
else who is having difficulties with FirePay:

Good Morning! Special Thanks to pafalafa and pinkfreud. I appreciate
all of the help that you both have given me. I called optimal payments
on the Feb. 10th and they said that they could only email firepay for
me. They said that firepay only responds via email. I pray for
something to work out, and for something better so that I won't even
need it.

Again Thanks and Have a Wonderful Day!

Hi paf and thanks for your kind help. I'm going to cancel this
question as there is no where else for it to go. I appreciate your
help but I already knew that firepay was affiliated with optimal
payments. I'm sorry if I was not clear about that. But if you read
over my initial post, you will see it. I didn't bother to try any of
the numbers you provided, only because I knew I wouldn't get anywhere
with it. I had already called them a few times before posting.

Something moved in my heart even though I had started on my complaints
and planned on pursuing this to the end. I decided to just let it all
go and just let God. I have lots of faith in God and know that when
one door closes another one opens for those who believe.
Just as I sent my email to them letting them know that I have decided
to just let it go and let them take it as a gift. Lo' and behold I
find out that they are no longer on line. I even feel kind of sorry
for them. I just try to imagine that they just did not have the money.
Maybe they got in over their heads or never bought the tickets. I
don't know. But what I do notice is that even though, they made me
angry with their replies. At least they replied most of the time. And
that makes it easier for me to forgive. Don't get me wrong, we really
needed that money. It would have helped the family too. Anyway, God
is Big!

I like your personality and I think that you are of good quality. The
next time I need to know something I will keep you in mind. I don't
feel like tracking down lottolondon. I have a feeling they are just
struggling like me. The only part that made me angry, was when I under
the impression, that they were some big wealthy company that just
wanted to take advantage of me. Oh only God knows for sure.

I am unsympathetic to lottolondon. They should not be making bets
unless they can afford to pay those who win. If they do not pay up, I
would let them know that you will spread the word far and wide online
that they are welchers to prevent others from having troubles. Then
follow up and post your story to every online forum you can find.
