If I were you, I would write to the Law Centre.

Tell them that you did not mean to be rude and that you are truly
sorry for your behaviour.

Ask if they would please forgive you and could they please relax their
ban against your undertaking to be well behaved in future.

(Sometimes, officialdom can make a Saint rude, albeit quite
unintentionally, but I am sure that you can be perfectly charming when
you want .... Right?)

Right .... Go for it!

And Good luck!

The questions are:- were you rude, or did they perceive you to be rude
due to your disability. If it is the latter then you may be able to
claim discrimination under the Disability Discrimination Act 1995. You
might want to visit the Disability Rights Commission web site for
further free information about discrimination towards disabled people.
