I'm evaluating localization vendors and want to make sure that my
consideration set comprises the major vendors (and a handful of
medium-sized vendors who have an excellent reputation in the industry)
For example, SDL International is a major vendor:

I'd like to know which localization vendors are worth considering (can
range from the major players in terms of client list/size to smaller
players who have an excellent track record) Please include some
general information about why you think each vendor is worth
considering.
