Could you provide me a list of the three least expensive health care
plans for individuals (non-employer related) in the state of
massachusetts. The plans should provide basic health care covered
benefits including, choice of physician, office visits, hospital care,
prescription medicines, dental, vision, etc. A friend has recently
moved from CA and is currently unemployed. She is seeking to find
insurance until she is able to find employment. Her Cobra has run out.
She has been quoted usually high costs for what she has paid $250-$300
for in CA.

Also can you indicate whether Masschusetts high car, health, home,
insurance rates are comparable to most of the country or is there a
distinct difference based of geographics?

I would suggest going to http://www.healthplans4all.com. You can
receive up to 5 free quotes based on your specific needs. This should
give you a good selection to choose from.

I have been looking also for companies in the upper New England states
and in particular Massachusetts. I found the one listed below and it
seems very good. Another you may want to use for health insurance is
http://www.egsbrokerage.com . It seems like they cover most any area.
