I am interested in learning how to license song lyrics for reprinting
on tee-shirts of my own design.  Not an entire songs-worth of lyrics,
just a line or two from a song.  Do I need to get licensing rights if
I don't mention the artists name or show a likeness of said artist? 
If I do need to get licensing rights, how do I go about doing this and
how much would it cost.
