I want to know if there is a machine for making corrugated sheet metal
in a radius from flat sheets that is manual. ie, just using human
labor. I want to make water tanks with a liner to sell, of different
sizes. The sheets will bolt together, so they are portable.

I was thinking of 12 foot to 24 foot diameter tanks. up to 8 foot
high, so that would be like 5 thousand to 20 thousand gallons.

There is no answer at this time.

I don't know whether anyone has ever made a roll that uses only human
effort to operate other than a small one for forming flat bar. I have
used plate rolls and have roll formed roof sheets (not corrugated) in
R panel. I can see how curving corrugated sheets could be done and
obviously it has been done for many years. You may have to design and
build your own machine, since I doubt that anyone is making such a
machine at this time.

I wonder if the machine for making curved corrugated sheets could be
adapted? I thought that possibly they made such machines for third
world countries. I cannot even find the motor driven ones.

What diameter and capacity tanks are you interested in building.
