I would like an online source (URL) to obtain comparable sales information for any property address I specify. I am in the market for a house and I don't want to use a real estate agent. From my limited research so far, most online sources require that you be "a business" in order to gain access to this information. CourtHouseDirect.com is an example of one such site that is perfect except for the fact that it is unavailable to me because I'm not a business. | |

I followed the two links you provided and while both are very informative, I was unable to find comparable sales on either site. |

You may want to try the real estate layers of the maps of Harris County visible on www.maptheworld.net. Properties for sale that fit search criteria, ( & price is one such criteria), all appear on the map of your target geography. Click on the map dot itself for pictures, etc. You can then asses the property in terms of community resources nearby by opening up those map layers as well.Schools, museums, churches, etc. Hope this helps |

Excellent pafalafa-ga! This one has exactly what I have been looking for. http://fsbo.eleapp.com/choosesubject For $4.95 I was able to get recent sales prices of comparable homes for a given address. How do I tell Google that my question has been answered? Do I just click "cancel question"? Louis |
