Hi machinegun,
The Harley rental Answer would be EagleRider...
Cost is between $130 and $200 a day, --3 day and weekly rates are
available. Insurance is most likely an add-on, if not included in the
rental, it's too early for me to call and ask. My guess would be
$30-$50 a day. If you waive it, I'd check with your US insurance
agent and see if you're covered.

I have no idea about the ruins, and since it's nearly 6:30am Pacific
time, I figured you just want an Answer. Be sure to ask the rental
office about the ruins... They may have off-road rules/restrictions
that apply.
Seafood? Hmmm... It's all great, but... it'd have to be the
PESCADORH --"Fisherman's Table," at the Kukulcan Plaza, in the Hotel
Zone.
Have a safe flight, smooth ride, and an outstanding seafood dinner!
