I am trying to install a program on my XP pro runing machine. Have tried to change the settings as I was runing it on 98SE It gives me this error message C:\the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'CLOSE' to teminate the application. Can anyone tell me what I have to do to make this program run on my XP Pro computer. |

You could try the following route: From start menu; Help & Support Centre; Fixing a problem; Applications & Software problems; Getting older programs to run on Xp; Program compatibility wizard. Having said this it has never worked for me, but you never know. It?s there so why not give it a try. Norman |
