I'm an IT consultant in who works in London for investment banks.  I'm
looking to move to New York and as a result need to find 2 or 3
recruitment consultancies who specialise in IT jobs in the banking
sector for the NY geographical area.  The recruitment consultancy
should meet the following criteria:
- NY based
- Able to talk over the phone (i.e. not just an online CV matching database)
- Handles temporary contracts
- And (if possible) handles foreign placements - I have no green card
but will be looking to acquire a temporary working visa for a year or
two
