I understand that there is only one company in The Netherlands that
"dehulls" or " decorticates" Natural sesame seeds in significant
volumes. (Dehulling consists of removing the external coat of the seed
"hull" so that the seed can then be consumed or further processed)
I also understand that they do contract work or toll for the main
traders in The Netherlands for this product.
The question is if you can identify which company it is and provide me
with their contact data.

Dear jackburton-ga,
One is an edible oil refiner, and the other is a logistics company
that performs some basic services with some commodities.

The company we are looking for I believe is quite dedicated and
specialized in dehulling sesame, they must be dehulling quite a few
thousand tons per year.
Sesame in Dutch: Sesamzaad , hulled sesame : Sesamzaad gepeld

Please consider that there are many companies that trade in sesame
seed in The Netherlands. The one we are looking for mainly provides
the "hulling service".

I was unable to find another company, other than Dipasa Europe B.V.,
that dehulls sesame seeds. As my searches yielded no results, I
contacted Dipasa Europe B.V. for clarification --they confirmed that
they are the *only* company in The Netherlands that do the dehulling.
  
It may be an idea to visit the Skal website ( http://www.skal.nl ).
Skal is the inspection body for the organic production in the
Netherlands. If you go to the Certified Companies page, you can
download a list of companies that trade / produce /process / import
seeds. (Search for the type "ZAD").
