We currently process ACH payments through our banks relationships.
Debits are made daily and we receive funding daily.

We currently have many European clients who would like us to debit
European based checking accounts for our service fees. Now I know that
ACH only works in the United States. My question is would the SWIFT
network be an option for debiting clients accounts daily? I have
spoken to our bank and they tell me that all they can do with the
SWIFT network is post credits, not debits. If not, is there another
network that would work in Europe and possibly Canada. I know that
there is a network called BACS but that doesn?t appear to be an
option. Any details on a solution here and the means to get setup
would be appreciated.

We are looking for direct relationships, i.e. working directly with
the networks. Client debits must appear in our name and we must have
full control over submitting the batch files as we do now.
