I was going to offer you a source that makes/supplies replica booths.
Hopefully someone will know a historical source and offer it to you.
It might also help if you mentioned which regions of the world you'd
be specifically interested in since these phone booths have been all
over the world almost since the beginning of public telephones. It
might make it easier for someone to help you.
