I am in the process of completing a dissertation title "Development of
a Classroom Management Certificate Program for First-Year Teacher in a
City School in Alabama.  I need more information on this type of
research/development and methodolgy.
The research book that was used for the research course
was "introuction to Educational Research Third Edition by C. M.
Charles" which only speakes of this type of research as one that is
good in the educational arean but doesn't give any other type of
information.  I would like more information of this this of research
so that I can write aleast a good pargraph with sources so that I can
that it can be verfied and reference.
