I have an antique toy boat called the POLLYWOG, which was manufactured
by H. E. Boucher Manufacturing Co., New York.  I believe it may have
been made during the 1920's.  It is race boat design, with a steam
driven outboard engine.  I want to learn more about it, when it was
made, info about the manufacturer and other general, helpful info.
