Where I can find complete information about these Windows XP
Utilities:  Dr. Watson, Resource Meter, System File Checker, ScanDisk,
and Registry Checker that are non-technical and written for students
who are beginners in Computer Science?

I am not sure where you could find a resource as such. But if you have
questions about these go ahead and post them. I amoung many others
could proboly help you.
