I would like to download all the numbers in the ISBN Database. Where
can I purchase this data. I only need the books in print, and I only
need the numbers.

You ask if this meets my needs. Well, you tell me, that's your job. 

I need to export all the ISBN numbers into a text or csv file. 

Let me know if this product will allow my to do such an export job, or
if there are any other ways to access this data. Thanks.

I don't believe there is such a database.  As I understand it the
Bowker database doesn't contain a lot of old or British ISBNs.  There
are sites on the internet with a growing number of ISBNs.  I don't
know which is the best right now, though www.bookkoob.com and
www.bookkoob.co.uk are quite good.
