GE Healthcare has been airing a tv ad spot for their new Volume CT
scanner.  I find the music used on it very compelling, especially the
percussion.

Did they use existing music, and if so, what music did they use?

I would certainly say that it was produced specificaly for the spot
although at the beginning it does sound a little like Leftfield's -
