Hi, thank you for submitting your question to Answers.Google, I hope I
can provide the information you are seeking.
I feel your pain, around here I can get them free and we use them for
various things but I know local merchants have trouble getting rid of
them.
Have you checked the pallet recycling network?
For Western Canada you want this link
http://www.recycle.net/Wood/pallet/na/01010400.html
There appears to be about 8 different grades and that will make a big
difference in whether you can sell them.
Assuming you have mixed used pallets (either ready to reuse or easily repaired),
There is a world-wide pallet finder service at
http://www.woodfibre.com/palletfinder.html
Without actually joining and posting an offer I can?t determine the
actual market in your area but there are short trial memberships
available which, depending on how many pallets you have, may be
practical.
This company says they buy truck loads of pallets

Without knowing more about the number, type and quality of your
pallets I can?t provide much more information but if DNA Lumber and
Dynamic Forrest Products can?t help I doubt you can do better than
selling them as firewood to local businesses and homeowners.
Thank you again for turning to Answers.Google for help. I hope this is
what you need. |
