How is the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) different from the
Restatement Second of Contracts. I am also looking for a free link to
the Restatement Second of Contracts (I already have the link for the
UCC). I have a relatively good background in law (MBA, Masters in
Labor Law), but I am unable to grasp a basic understanding of their
legal differences.

Most schools won't let you get an LLM without a JD. I have neither.
Don't get me started on the diminishing value of my already worthless
MBA.
