The property is managed by Maguire Properties at 213-253-4200 but they
won't tell me the name of the tennant.

The information I request is not "information on living private
individuals" - the information is publically available if you are in
LA - simply walk into the lobby and examine the building directory.
The management company confirmed that this is the case. Additionally,
the tenant of the suite is a business, not an individual.

This is an office building.  Seems to be called Wells Fago Center, but
there are other tennants.  I cannot locate 2800, but try Googling
various permutations.
