"Phile" is generally the suffix used for a "lover of" or one who has
an affinity for something. Bibliophile, for instance, is a lover of
books. Using that, I did a few searches and found a few instances of
the term applied to lovers of vampires (or at least vampire lore).
Here are some of the searches I ran that received results. The more
common use that I found was "vampophile." It just doesn't roll off
the tongue, does it? I also looked around for other references, such
as ones including "Nosferatu," an old vampiric term. I really didn't
find much.

I am not an official researcher here, but I'd be interested in seeing
