What is the circuit for generating a spectrum in Near Infra red
region? I want to know a method of generating NIR spectra with the
help of electronic items only (without using any optical equipment)

can you be more precise? Heating something up will generage IR. In
fact, simply leaving it at room temperature produces an infrared
signature.

A dim light bulb. Electric fire element. IR LEDs.
