I am looking for a list of business newsletters (electric and/or
hardcopy) that meet the following criteria:

1. The subscribers of the newsletter hold positions of 'manager' and
above for mid-size companies. The upper end of "small business" is OK.
I am looking for businesses with at least 20 employees.
2. The newsletter accepts articles and/or advertising
3. Subscription circulation of 500 or more
4. Does not include the large well-established sources such as
inc.com, entreprenuer.com etc. I am looking for low advertising costs
and sources needing content.

I have looked in various newsletter directores but have had little
success. The directories often list newsletters that are inactive, do
not have enough information etc.

Please provide the URL and contact information for each newsletter.
