I'm looking for a list of all UK e-tailers. This should include both
online-only operations and traditional businesses that now have an online
presence. The more comprehensive the list the better but the focus should be on
those operations that have an *online* turnover in excess of £1m
(sterling) per annum.

Given the short life span of many business in this area only recent
data is useful (ideally 2002, though 2001 may also be acceptable).

Optional extras: would be great if the data included the type of
product the e-tailer sold and an indication of the size of the
company.
