I am looking to pay someone using my credit card/debit card. However,
I do not want to use PayPal for my own personal reasons. I need a list
of reputable online companies that are similar to PayPal that have
this option.

If you are a little bit wary of PayPal, as many are concerning their
TOS and previous actions concerning frozen accounts, etc., please take
a look at this list that was compiled by former PayPal users. A short
review of each service is given, as well as their final
recommendation. Also, you should look into Western Union, or other
established money-wire companies which also have e-wire services (I
personally have used WU's service and can recommend it).

Yes, that's one of the first websites I 'pulled up' while doing a
Yahoo! search before posting this question here. Have you come across
any other sites beside PayPalsucks.com?

Thanks!

Here are a couple more I've found in my travels and whether or not I've used them:

Used (all satisfactory):
http://www.bidpay.com
http://www.neteller.com (based in London)

Not used:
http://www.propay.com
http://www.bitpass.com
http://www.firepay.com
http://www.checkfree.com

Thanks again.

Indeed, Paypal sucks. I've had a prolonged and unsatisfactory time
trying to get them to explain the moral basis for preventing me from
using my own money as I see fit. They fed me huge amounts of total
crap in an attempt to muddy the waters. Ultimately, I gave up.

Now, enough of my whinging.

I've heard good reports about eGold, but have not yet joined up. It
does seem to be increasingly accepted.

I use http://www.webcertificate.com

The recipient can actually order a Debit Card from them, comes in the
mail, and you can use it online or OFFline.
