I have an acronym that I need interpreted.  Please research.  The
letters represent first letters of words.  The words form a famous

This acronym was listed as a "favorite quote" from an individual.  I
have no idea whether it is from a song lyric or literature.  If I
would have to guess, and since the individual who put it out there is
approximately 50 years of age, I would tend toward a song lyric.

The acronym given comes from Star Trek, the original television series.

Are you saying that you now know that the quote you are looking for
came from the original Star Trek series, or suggesting that the
"Revenge" quote came from that series?

I'm confused because the revenge quote was not from the TV series, but
from the movie StarTrek II:The Wrath of Khan.

I will find out if first letter is an R instead of F.  I will
definitely get back to you on this.

butt out at this point.

I don't have an answer. I'm a Star Trek buff, and I've done some
searching, but I have found nothing useful. I suspect that Xarqi's
excellent suggestion was correct: "Revenge is a dish that is best
served cold," which is a line from the second Star Trek movie.

If you must start it with F, I suppose you could say "Freon is a dish
that is best served cold." :-D
