I could not find any good data that was recent, the best I found was
for 2002, which is quite old.  The more recent, the better.  Should be
2004 or 2003.

What is the value of the world stock market?  How many trillions? 
Should be around 20 trillion or more, in U.S. dollars.  And what is
the source of the estimation--I need a link.
