Dear rai130-ga, The CBI Press Office have kindly provided the following information as of 23 February. This is the best they have at the moment. I hope this meets your needs. "The CBI is the UK's leading business organisation, speaking for some 240,000 businesses that together employ around a third of the private sector workforce. Member companies, which decide all policy positions, include: - 80 of the FTSE 100 - some 200,000 small and medium-size firms - more than 20,000 manufacturers - over 150 sectoral associations." I hope this answers your question. If it does not, or the answer is unclear, then please ask for clarification of this research before rating the answer. I shall respond to the clarification request as soon as I receive it. Thank you answerfinder Search strategy CBI web site and telephone enquiry of their Press Office. |
