Telegence www.teligencecom.com (owner of Tone Networks and UTEL
Networks) is a Canadian based company who provides the underlying
voice infrastructure for voice chat services (dating, erotic, etc). 
--Consumer calls a local telephone number and is conferenced into a
live potential date or a "erotic" service provider or the call is
routed to a IVR with pay services.--

What other North American companies provide the wholesale
infrastucture (local telephone numbers, IVR, "operators", billing,
etc.) for voice chat?  The provider should have 10s of millions of
voice minutes as a primary revenue source.

I am not looking for
- The web sites that market and sell these voice chat services
- Equipment providers for the conferencing or IVR function
- Telephone carriers (ie CLECs or IXCs) who offer the local phone numbers
