Answering a question like this is impossible without investing much
time and work. You might want to have a look at the Google Answers

Advertising pricing is very complex in numerous ways but all relate to
the most basic principal. An advertiser is seeking a "fair" return on
investment. Taking in to consideration this basic component one needs
to build the pricing model focused around level of risk to acheive
ROI. For example if they are paying on a CPM(cost per thousand) then
this price should hold a lower price then if they pay by CPA, CPS
(cost per action, cost per sale)for the advertiser they must consider
conversion metrics according to certain past expireince including
market conditions, product offering and much more. Take a look at
http://completeleads.com rate card and this may help or contact
http://yahoo.com for ad sale information on rate cards or
http://msn.com
