Question ID: 480273
I have a desktop comptuer and two laptops. All are running XP Pro. I
would like to set-up the desktop to act as a file server and have all
of the user profiles on the laptops synch with it (using offline
files). I would also like to have one primary folder that all the
users of the laptops can access for both my pictures and music, this
folder I would also like to sync using offline files. How do I set
this up?

The end goal is to have the ability to have the files from my laptops
(both with two users) shared and syncd to the desktop. So that when I
need to go on the road I have all the files and they will be
synchronized automatically when i return. The problem is that I am
unable to figure out how to keep the music and picture files from
being dupicated under each profile, while mainting sycnhronization
with the desktop.
