'hnfhpg' does not seem to be a known program / process... can you clarify how you identified it.. where you found it.. etc. Removing it is not a problem.. verifying whether it should be removed is more critical... in case it is something that was added by any software you installed. |

start -> find hnfhpg.* ctrl+alt+delete end process hnfhpg try to delete files found in the search results. if delete doesn't work google search "boot disk" and download you're appropriate OS version. insert diskette reboot cd\ cd the\directory\that\has\the\messedupfile del messedupfile.exe take out disk reboot. |

[1] Why do you want to delete the file. Is it linked to any program which mite stop working if you delete this file.. [2] If you are WinXP you need to turn off the file protection , else whatever u delete comes back... what is the Operating system on your comp. 2000, XP etc. In any case, first clarify [1] & [2] , I can guide you thru the process based on the OS.
