Dr. Michio Kaku is the scientist to whom you refer. Dr. Kaku was
featured in tonight's special ABC program, "Peter Jennings Reporting:
UFOs," and he has appeared on NPR's "Science Friday."

Dr. Kaku has his own website:

Theoretical Physicist Dr. Michio Kaku
http://www.mkaku.org/about/

Google search strategy:

Google Web Search: "michio kaku"

I hope this is helpful. If anything is unclear or incomplete, please
