Could kegels increase a man's PSA score because they could irritate
the area surrounding the prostate? A patient went from 3.9 in
December, to 4.2 in January, to 5.2 in February - with noted increases
in the use of kegel exercises (probably significant overuse of the
exercise) especially during the Jan-Feb period.
