it depends...
the most importants are located in
-Ibiza, Spain
-Cancun, Mexico
-Acapulco, Mexico
and beaches on Brazil. 
Also we have 
Punta del Este, Uruguay
Mar del Plata, Argentina
Vina del Mar, Chile
