I have not been able to locate a US Government publication on this subject, and I haven't found a book that has "hundreds of floor plans," but these books might be of interest to you: "The Modern House Today," by Nick Dawe and Kenneth Powell, contains floor plans of fifteen "streamline" houses of the 1930s, and photos of an additional fifty houses. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1901033724/qid=1028228253/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1/103-2217363-6389430 "Classic Modern Homes of the Thirties: 64 Designs by Neutra, Gropius, Breuer, Stone and Others (Modern House in America), by James Ford and Katherine Morrow Ford, is a reprint of a book first published in 1940. It contains photos and detailed floor plans of 62 houses. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0486259277/qid%3D1028228413/sr%3D11-1/ref%3Dsr%5F11%5F1/103-2217363-6389430 |
