I have authored a business book that is being simultaneously published
in the United States and India. The book has foreword by one of the
greatest management gurus of our times. The book is out in May 2005. I
have got some publicity lined up with people that I know. I want to do
more. What steps should I take to get the right PR and marketing in
place?
