This is the second time I have tried to request information concerning
development research.  I am currently in the process of completing a
disseration title "Development of a Classroom Management Certificate
Program for First-Year Teacher in a Target School System.  However I
need so more information about this type of research, developmental. 
That determine after the suverys are completed if a program should be
developed to meet that need. The research textbook I am using is
"Introduction to Educational Research Third Edition by C.M. Charles. 
However, this book doesn't have any infromation on this type of
research.  Help!!!  I need for general informtion and references to
complete this part of the paper.  If you need more information please
let me know sooon.  Running out of time.
