I am writing a speech for the chairman of a large family owned
business in Atlantic Canada. The point of the speech is to help
students understand the relative attractiveness of family business as
either a career choice or as somethng that they may consider starting.
We have shown them that many of the leading companies in the world
both in terms of perfomance and longevity are family businesss -
either wholly owned or influenced.

I need your help with two questions
1. Please provide me with cited performance information using well
known journals since 2003 of the better perfomance of family business.
I need the journal name and date and the essence of the story. So the
answer may be "WSJ May 2004 - The lead facts of the story"
2. Please give me the broadest listing and some colour of medium sized
family busineses in Atlantic Canada. I have the top end covered such
as Sobeys, Irvings, McCains etc. I am looking for the small to medium
tier. The type of answr would look like "Acme Widget based in
SmallTown PEI owned by the Smith family who do x".
