Season #2 Episode #1

In the fist episode of season 2 on Chappelle's Show, there's a skit
called "Things Look Better In Slow Motion".  I wanted to know what
song is being played in the club scene when it is in SLOW motion.

I have seen two sources (forum posts) that name the persons who
produced and performed the song.  (It does not appear that the song
itself has a name.)  These same persons worked with Dave Chappelle on
another song that came out in 2004, so I think that gives the answer
increased credibility.  Also, one of the sources transcribes some of
the lyrics.

Would this information be sufficient for an answer?

Yes these two links and the names of the people who produced/performed
the song would be sufficient
