I am interested in the development of residential high-rise towers,
similar to the following projects, ?Marquee Park Place? by Bosa
Development and ?The Plaza Irvine? by Opus West.  I would like to have
complete details of the development of these types of projects.

Those are two examples of projects in Orange County, California.  I
would also be open to seeing answers on similar projects in Los
Angeles or San Diego Counties, so long as they are luxury, for-sale
condo towers in the 12 ? 18 story range.

B ? Land development costs
C ? Breakdown of hard costs
D ? Breakdown of soft costs
E ? List of the contractors and subcontractors
F ? How many units each tower has
G ? Average square footage of each unit

These points are just examples of the things that I would like to find
out. If there are any other things I have left out please feel free to
