What do you mean by "in trouble"?

Employees can file a complaint of discrimination or harassment against
their employer with the EEOC. Thousands of complaints are made every
year, but only a few are actively taken up by the EEOC. In these
cases, the EEOC investigates the complaint, and tells the company what
it needs to do, or sues them. I want to find the companies that the
EEOC is suing, or companies that have settled with the EEOC.
