Psychological profile of Paul Martin.

In WWII the fore-runner to the CIA, the OSS, did a psychological profile
of Hitler.

During the Cold War the CIA and other western intelligence services
tried to build psychological profiles of Soviet leaders, though I have
been unable to
anything public by searching.
