What was Don Johnson's filming schedule on the set of Miami Vice
throughout the month of November, 1986?  What were the dates, times,
and locations of these shoots, and what episodes were they for?  Any
other information about the shoots (clothes, setting, etc.) would also
be helpful.

I certainly don't know whether it was November of 1986, but at around
that time Don Johnson was filming Miami Vice in my neighborhood in a
suburb south of Miami.  They would shoot at night starting at about 7
PM each night.
